Linens set the tone of a room before anyone sits down. Collective Event Group supplies table linens for weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations across Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey, in a full range of colors and sizes to suit the tables you are working with.
About Our Linen Rentals
Please note that colors may vary due to your computer screen. For the most accurate color, please visit your closest showroom and request a sample or swatch. Linens may vary incremently due to dye lot.
ORDERS: Please finalize all linen rental orders as far in advance as possible. At least three (3) weeks notice, before event date, is needed for any cancellations. FInal linen order must be in by eight (8) days before date of event or cancellation charges could apply.
CARE: Store in a clean, dry place both before and after use. Do not wash linens. Do not store outdoors.
DELIVERY & PICKUP: Available for additional charge, with prior arrangements.
RESPONSIBILITY: Full replacement costs are charged for loss and damage done by neglect of product. Customer will be responsible for replacement costs.

How to Choose Linens For Your Event
Start with the table, not the color.
Round, rectangular, cocktail, and farm tables each take different linen sizes, and a farm table is often left bare. Knowing the table count and shapes narrows the options fast.
Decide how much drop you want.
We stock round linens from 90″ through 132″, which covers everything from a short lap-length drop to full floor length on the same table. Floor length reads formal; a shorter drop is more relaxed and easier where guests are moving around. The sizing guide has the exact table-to-linen pairings.
Layer if you want depth.
An overlay over a base linen adds texture and lets a second color in without committing the whole table to it.
Consider the setting.
Outdoor and tented events read differently to a ballroom — daylight changes color, and a tent’s interior is usually white or ivory, which most colors sit well against.
Napkins and runners last.
Collective Event Group rents both alongside the table linens. A runner is the least expensive way to introduce a second color or texture without changing the base linen, and napkins are where a color can be repeated without dominating the table.
